I have finally forced myself in what can be described as a grown up job which has led to my absence from blogging for a while, and now almost three months in my head is still miraculously above water..
So behold a blog post in collaboration with Rosa Karoo. They specialize in creating 100% pure silk, hand dyed garments that embodies freedom of movement for that free spirited heart, as the soft silk floats effortlessly through the air creating the illusion that I am gliding from my desk to the coffee machine or rather
through a field of flowers. The moment I slipped these dresses on I felt comfortable and most importantly confident. Instantly I felt recovered from the throes of fatigue that is included when facing the start of a new career. And yes this is not a cup of green tea it is only a dress, but when it is crafted by the designer herself from pure silk georgette fitting your every curve and sent with your own personalized letter you can’t help but feel a bit special.
With all that said it has to be added that the process of starting a new career, in my case mechanical engineering, can also be such a refresher to the transient nature of what we do, we learn.
This blog post will be divided into three separate posts due to the photographer basque imagery that just blew my mind.. stay tuned!
